I have a Master degree in philosophy (summa cum laude) and a Ph.D. I was researcher fellow, adjunct professor and lecturer, honorary fellow ("cultore della materia", still ongoing) at the University of Florence. I am member of the Executive of the Italian Philosophical Society (Florentine Section) and of Francis Bacon Foundation; I am member of Editorial Board of "Atque" and "Testimonianze". My research has mainly involved in the Philosophy of mind. I have about fifty publications including monographs, essays in journals and collective volumes (including international once). I was scientific supervisor of the magazine "Humana@mente"; supervisor of the Italian translations of some entries of the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy; member of the Italian Society of Analytical Philosophy; member of the Italian Teachers and Scholars Committee of the Philosophy of Mind.
